This week on Pureinfotech: Microsoft introduced the new Surface Laptop 4, a new clamshell laptop with the same traditional design but new hardware and more configuration options.

Alongside the Surface Laptop 4, this week, Microsoft also introduced the “Microsoft Modern Webcam,” which is a camera that offers good video quality and a privacy shutter for only $69.99. Even further, as part of the announcement, the company also unveiled the Surface Headphones 2 Plus for Business, Microsoft Modern USB and Wireless Headsets, and the Microsoft Modern USB-C Speaker as accessories specifically designed for the workplace and Microsoft Teams integration.

In other Surface news, the Surface Pro 7, Pro 6, Book 3, and Studio 2 picked up a new hardware update to fix several issues and improve various components, including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and camera.

Windows 10 20H2 and version 2004 received update KB5001330 to addresses a number of problems and similar fixes, plus other improvements were also released for older versions of the operating system. The same KB5001330 update was also released for Windows 10 21H1, but as build 1904.928.

In addition, Windows 10 build 21359 was made available in the Dev Channel of the Windows Insider Program with a new power option and other improvements.

Microsoft Edge 90 rolled out this week with several new features, including Kids Mode and Password Manager, and this is the first build releasing in the same schedule as Google Chrome.
