Verizon releases Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, only after a couple of days the US Cellular started selling it. The much-wanted phablet will be available from the carrier for $399 on a two years contract, and for $799 without any long term agreements.

There will also be an easy monthly installment option to buy this phone from the carrier by its early upgrade program, price for which will start from $33.33 per month for a 24-month plan (the monthly payment will go up, as the number of month go down). The off-contract price of the phone is same as that of US Cellular, but is way cheaper than what AT&T is charging for ($946 for an off-contract Galaxy Note Edge).

The key specs of the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge include Snapdragon 805 chipset with quad-core 2.7 GHz processor and a 5.6-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels(524 ppi), along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which packs in a 3,000 mAh battery.

Verizon, which is currently the largest carrier in the United States, has said that the device is XLTE Ready, which means it will work fluidly on the carrier’s LTE network. Only the Black version of the phone will be available though (other carriers are providing color options for the users).

The curved display on the Edge of the Galaxy Note Edge is its main attraction (and the main feature for providing this model that name), which can display notifications, app shortcuts and other useful info.

So, as of now, there are many options in the USA to choose from, to buy the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge smartphone. The price varies though, and you should choose yourself which one is best for you. With this pricing, Verizon obviously becomes one of the best option to buy this phone from, if you are planning so. Is your carrier selling the device currently?
