As of patch 3.03, there is a lot of freedom in making crosshairs. From editing the old crosshair to making a new ADS (Aim Down Sights) crosshair and making a new Sniper scoped-in the crosshair. As with any game, the community always gets creative and makes crazy and whacky stuff. Today I am going to show you how you can make the Smiley Crosshair in Valorant.

How to Make the Smiley Crosshair in Valorant

The Smiley Crosshair is a box crosshair with two color spots as eyes and a U-shaped mouth as a smile. the settings below show us how you can get the Smiley Crosshair in Valorant:

  • Color: White (Can be of your preference)
  • Outlines: ON/1/2
  • Center Dot: OFF/0/0
  • Inner lines: 1/6/10/0
  • Outer lines: 0/3/3/0
  • Firing Error: OFF
  • Movement Error: OFF
  • Fade while Shooting: OFF

Once you apply the above settings in the Primary Section of your crosshairs, it will make the Smiley Crosshair. Now you have a buddy with you while you are clicking some heads.

Is the Crosshair Good?

The Smiley Crosshair in Valorant is massive, relatively. It doesn’t affect players who already have a decent aim. Although those who are new to Valorant, have a bad aim or have bad crosshair placement, it will be detrimental. The Smiley crosshair is way too big and is very distracting. It will look like you were aiming at the head, in reality, you were missing it by a few inches.

If you are a player who is suffering from bad aim I would recommend not using the Smiley Crosshair for important matches like Competitive Ranked games. If it’s a Custom game or an Unrated, by all means, go for it. Likewise, for good crosshairs, I would suggest using small crosshairs or crosshairs with higher transparency. Certainly, Color is always up to player preference.

This was how you can get the Smiley Crosshair in Valorant. Hopefully, this helped you creating a preset crosshair. You can also check out our guides on Best Crosshairs or use the crosshairs the Pros use like TenZ or Shroud.
