I hope that everyone had a great start in this new year! Here is what we covered in tech this week, HTC has released another widget for Windows, this time Metro Home, bringing Windows Phone 7 style to Windows desktop; we learned something pretty easy in how to customize Windows Command Prompt interface style — no more boring black background and white font –, also for Windows 7 users I explained how to enable or disable hibernation feature. In software for Windows we reviewed WinCDEmu, which is a free, lightweight image file mounting software. And finally in news CES 2011 is going on right now, from Jan. 6-9, and like always Microsoft was the first company to kick off the start of CES with Steve Ballmer Keynote, one of the important things was the announcement about the next version of Windows that is going to run on System on a Chip from ARM for the first time, from Intel and AMD.
