This week in tech we covered several things, let’s start with a good news from Facebook announcing that they are now supporting HTTPS communications, which means better security for users; continuing with news from Firefox 4 getting to the final line, has released Firefox 4 Beta 10 with some improvement and many bug fixes; and last Google Voice now supports phone number porting for only $20. In tech How To’s we learned in a 2 parts post how to use basic features of Windows Live Mail 2011. Now that Facebook is coming up with an email system, I showed you how to get yours. In software reviews we looked at Dexpot which is a great software for Windows that allows you to create many virtual-desktop to optimize the utilization of space, and Facebook Desktop is a great adobe air application that brings notifications to your desktop. Finally we looked at Theme-Check which is a great WordPress plugin that can test your theme against the latest WordPress standards. Plus for a fun weekend, I prepared a great collection of Windows 7 themes for movie and video game fans.
