Microsoft is now rolling out the first firmware update for its newly released Surface Duo phone-tablet device to improve stability, camera, gestures, and calling features.
The firmware update has been released on September 10, and it’s available for the locked and unlocked variants of the gadget.

These are the improvements available for the Surface Duo:
- Device stability improvements.
- Camera stability, performance, and image quality improvements.
- Improved application gestures for dismissing and moving apps to full screen.
- Improvements in calling features and stability.
The update should download and install automatically, but if you have not received it, then you can get it from the Android update settings page.
Surface Duo is a dual-screen device connected using a 360-degree hinge design that creates an 8.1-inch canvas that runs on Android 10, and you can order it now from the Microsoft Store for $1399.
